Terra Landscaping Residential Lawn Care Maintenance and Landscaping Services to be provided weather and conditions permitting, October through April, bi-monthly and May through September, weekly.
POWER MOWING on turf areas weekly during growing season and as required during dormant months using a sharp and mulching type blade at the 3 ½ inch required mowing height.
POWER EDGING of all hard surface areas to coincide with mowing schedule to roads, sidewalks, curbs, drainage areas using a sharp blade to enhance definition and detail.
POWER WEEDEATING in areas inaccessible to mowers and around signage, posts, utilities, etc. and down to the waters edge of retention ponds at mowing height.
POWER PRUNING of all shrub materials to a height of just below window ledges. Diseased or shrubs in bloom shall not be pruned.
TREE & PALM PRUNING to a height of ten feet as required to keep paths clear for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Queen palm seed pods will be trimmed as needed.
WEED CONTROL in shrub beds, sidewalks, and roads by chemical, manual, or mechanical means.
POWER EDGING of all soft areas such as shrub beds, tree and palm wells every other service visit or as required.
CLEANUP of all CONTRACTOR caused debris on each service visit as required from sidewalks, roads, and shrub beds. All areas are to be blown with a power blower. Raking of leaves shall be billable.
FERTILIZER will be applied 4 times a year to lawn and shrubs.
IRRIGATION MONITORING to include running the system once per month, head adjustment for maximum coverage, cleaning heads and setting of timer for appropriate and seasonal watering. Irrigation repairs required as a result of damages by others shall be billed at the rate of $40 per man-hour, plus parts.
